SHIPPING

Every country is beautiful in its own way, but we currently only ship within the US.

Orders over $99 will be shipped for free (automatically applied at checkout).

We ship using USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days), and all shipments are fulfilled within 2-3 business days.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or other remote locations might take longer.

Shipping price for your order will be displayed during the checkout process, before you confirm payment. You will receive an email with delivery information and a tracking number as soon as your order is fulfilled.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All our items are quality-controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to our customers, but occasionally something might slip through the cracks. If your product is faulty, or we sent you an incorrect order by mistake, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a product return or exchange – along with a full refund (including shipping).

If you change your mind (it happens to the best of us), or wish to return an unwanted gift, we’ll be happy to help you with an exchange or a refund if the product is returned within 30 days of delivery. A few things to note, in this situation: the return shipping costs aren’t covered by us; refunds will be sent to the original purchaser's method of payment; the original shipping costs are not refundable; The Whimsy Shop is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments, so we recommend you insure your return.

For any returns and exchanges, all items must be returned in original condition and in their original packaging. By ordering from our site, you accept these conditions of sale.
